How do ideas become consequential choices?

My research examines how organizations make consequential decisions under uncertainty. I study how leaders build strategy, how ideas move from creativity to innovation, and how emerging technologies reshape what organizations can do.

Across experiments, large-scale data, configurational analysis, and industry studies, I look for the principles that separate promising ideas from action—and adaptation from inertia.
